Seana Azad joined Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani as a partner in its environmental and toxic tort practice in Walnut Creek, Calif., the firm announced Monday.
Azad focuses on general civil litigation, employment law, product liability, and toxic tort litigation. He represents clients in complex toxic tort and product liability cases in California and federal courts, and advises and defends clients in various disputes including mass tort litigation, contract disputes, construction defect cases, and employment and labor law matters, the firm said.
