GRSM Adds Hernandez, Gaines as Litigation Partners in New Mexico

Michelle Hernandez and Spirit Gaines joined Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani as partners in Albuquerque, N.M., the firm announced Thursday.

Hernandez works with civil litigation, appellate matters, and regulatory compliance. She represents clients in health care, real estate, and construction, as well as public entities, law enforcement agencies, and schools, the firm said.

Gaines focuses her practice on defending civil lawsuits, including claims of wrongful death, general liability, trucking accidents, product liability, and insurance law. She also works with medical malpractice, employment claims, construction defect, and breach of contract disputes, the firm said.
