Brendan Bradley rejoined Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani as partner in the construction practice group in San Francisco, the firm announced Thursday.
His practice includes litigating matters involving defective construction, delay, disruption, inefficiency, professional negligence, and complex matters related to breach of contract and corporate governance, the firm said.
Bradley represents contractors, developers, and design professionals on large-scale commercial, residential, and public works projects, the firm said.
