David Ashner was promoted to principal and Rina Fujii to of counsel at Groom, the firm announced Friday.
Ashner focuses his practice on tax-qualified retirement plans, the firm said.
Fujii provids strategic counsel on tax-related matters affecting retirement and executive compensation plans, the firm said.
Scott Mayland, who specializes in fiduciary and plan governance matters, was also named as principal. David Levine was named chair of the firm, succeeding Jon Breyfogle.
