Brian Bloom and Brant Kuehn joined Greenspoon Marder as partners in the litigation and intellectual property groups in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.
Bloom counsels clients litigating or resolving commercial disputes involving IP issues and assists with corporate transactions involving IP issues such as music catalog sale and acquisitions, the firm said.
Kuehn litigates complex commercial disputes, focusing on financial matters and advises clients in civil securities cases, restructurings and distressed situations, contested mergers and acquisitions, and securitizations, the firm said.
Melissa DeCandia and Tapan Oza joined as associates.
