Greenspoon Marder is entering a “strategic alliance” with New York-based firm Davidoff Hutcher & Citron, the two firms announced Tuesday.
“This arrangement is not an acquisition or merger but a strategic alliance that strengthens our capabilities in the New York region,” a Greenspoon Marder spokesperson told Bloomberg Law.
“Additionally, it provides DHC with a broader reach for their clients nationwide, specifically enhancing their portfolio with Greenspoon Marder’s regional private client services and other specialized offerings,” the spokesperson said.
Greenspoon’s offerings include marital & family law, wills, trusts & estates, and white-collar defense.
