Matthew H. Scott has joined Greenspoon Marder as a partner in the land use and zoning practice group in the Downtown Fort Lauderdale, Fla., office, the firm said Monday.
Scott advises and counsels developers and landowners through the stages of the entitlement process, according to Greenspoon Marder.
His practice includes real estate development and government relations work, municipal and zoning law matters, and commercial real estate transactions, said the firm.
