Greenspoon Marder Adds Kim, Radetsky as Real Estate Partners

Jay Kim and Lisa Radetsky joined Greenspoon Marder as partners in its real estate practice group in New York, the firm announced Wednesday.

Radetsky specializes in transactional matters related to condominium and cooperative ownership. She advises on acquiring, financing, constructing, and converting properties, and counsels landlords and non-profit organizations on leasehold condominium structures for tax exemptions, the firm said.

Kim represents commercial lenders and advises buyers and sellers on commercial and residential real estate deals.
