Jeffrey Gilbert has joined Greenspoon Marder as a partner with the litigation practice group in Miami, the firm said Tuesday.
Gilbert represents clients in business and financial disputes in litigation such as shareholder and partnership disputes to bet-the-company lawsuits and material contract breaches, according to Greenspoon Marder.
He also handles property, real estate, financial, and construction disputes, representing developers, real estate lenders, financial institutions, REITs, special servicers, and receivers, Greenspoon Marder said.
