Valerie Ho rejoined Greenberg Traurig as a shareholder in its intellectual property and technology practice in Los Angeles, the firm announced Thursday.
Ho represents technology, retail, and fashion clients in intellectual property and platform liability matters. She counsels companies on regulatory matters impacting e-commerce, the firm said.
She joins from SHEIN, where she was general counsel for the Americas.
