Piotr Nerwiński joined Greenberg Traurig as a shareholder and head of its project and structured finance practice in Warsaw, the firm announced Monday.
Nerwiński specialises in project finance, real estate finance, sustainability-linked loans, and other structured financings, the firm said. He has a focus on financing of renewable energy projects.
Paweł Długoborski and Justyna Jamroży also joined as counsel. Jakub Walawski, Małgorzata Czarnecka, Weronika Łakoma, and Aleksandra Grześkowiak joined as associates.
