Jack Frost joined Greenberg Traurig as a shareholder in its products liability and mass torts and pharmaceutical, medical device and health care litigation practices in New Jersey, the firm announced Monday.
Frost focuses his practice on products liability, toxic tort, and mass tort litigation, often serving as national, regional, and local counsel for Fortune 500 companies and other enterprises. His practice spans domestic and international manufacturing companies, particularly defending against claims related to pharmaceutical products, cosmetics, and alleged toxic tort injury claims involving asbestos and other chemicals, the firm said.
He joins from Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath.
