Can Cui joined Greenberg Traurig as a shareholder in its life sciences and medical technology practice in Austin, the firm announced Wednesday.

Cui represents clients in technology transactions and investments in the life sciences industry, with an emphasis on cross-border deals involving Asia, particularly China. His work encompasses technology licensing and acquisition, collaboration and strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and forms of investment, the firm said.
