Greenberg Traurig Taps Brian Kelly as Employment Shareholder

Brian Kelly joined Greenberg Traurig as a shareholder in its labor and employment practice in San Francisco, the firm announced Thursday.

Kelly counsels companies of all sizes on hiring, termination, wages-and-hours, incentive compensation programs, policies, investigations, leaves, discrimination/harassment/retaliation, and restrictive covenants, the firm said. He also will support the firm’s corporate practice, advising clients on employment matters related to buy- and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, and other transactional matters.

He joins from WeWork, where he was the global head of employment law.
