Greenberg Traurig Recruits Wesley Boldewijn as Tax Partner

Wesley Boldewijn joined Greenberg Traurig as a partner in its tax practice in Amsterdam, the firm announced Wednesday.

Boldewijn focuses on international tax law and advises clients on corporate taxation in an international context, withholding taxes, and taxation of the digital economy, among other areas, the firm said. He also assists clients with strategic advice on complex domestic and international restructurings, market launches, intellectual property transfers, mergers and acquisitions, and tax disputes.

Aukje Strik and Thomas de Booij also joined as senior associates, and Alexander van Rijckevorsel van Kessel joined as an associate.
