Matt Whited has joined Greenberg Traurig as a shareholder in the Chicago office, the firm said Tuesday.
Whited, who joins from Kirkland & Ellis, expands the firm’s corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity practices, according to Greenberg Traurig.
He advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, general partner-led secondaries, as well as other corporate and transactional matters, said the firm.
