Ivy A. Wang has joined Greenberg Traurig as a shareholder with the white collar defense and investigations and litigation practices in Los Angeles, the firm said Thursday.
Wang, who served as an assistant US attorney for the Central District of California, represents individuals and corporations in connection with investigations by federal and state enforcement authorities as well as litigates commercial disputes, according to Greenberg Traurig.
She also conducts internal investigations on behalf of corporations and governmental organizations, Greenberg Traurig said.
She joins from Ellis George.
