Alex Roussos and Anthony Zangrillo joined Greenberg Traurig as capital markets shareholders, the firm announced Thursday. Roussos joined the firm’s United Arab Emirates and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia locations, while Zangrillo joined in New York.
Roussos advises on debt, regulatory capital, hybrid, and equity-linked capital markets transactions for governments, financial institutions, and corporate entities across the Middle East and internationally. He will continue to advise clients on cross-border transactions, including bond and sukuk offerings, high yield and investment grade debt offerings, regulatory capital issuances, and liability management exercises, the firm said.
