Greenberg Traurig Recruits Abigail Xu in New York M&A Practice

Abigail X. Xu joined Greenberg Traurig as a shareholder in its M&A practice in New York, the firm announced.

Xu’s practice spans acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, equity investments, and activist defense. She has advised on both buy-side and sell-side transactions across a wide range of industries, including technology, infrastructure, energy, financial services, and insurance, the firm said.

She joins from Paul Weiss.
