Greenberg Traurig is opening an office in Portland, Ore., that will house a four-lawyer restaurant industry group from law firm Davis Wright Tremaine, the firm announced Tuesday.
Riley Lagesen, who founded and chaired the Davis Wright restaurant practice, will serve as chair of Greenberg Traurig’s new team in that industry.
Lagesen’s practice has focused on restaurant finance, and mergers and acquisitions. Among his practice’s clients at Davis Wright Tremaine were Blaze Pizza, Mendocino Farms, Tender Greens, Hai Hospitality and Main Post Partners.
