Adrian Patterson has joined Greenberg Traurig as a shareholder in the Houston office, the firm said Thursday.
Patterson, who joins from Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, focuses his practice on public finance, serving as bond counsel and disclosure counsel for cities, counties, transit agencies, and nonprofit corporations, according to Greenberg Traurig.
He centers his public law practice on representing political subdivisions and advising on matters related to development, procurement, compliance, and elections, the firm said.
