Samuel Jo joined Greenberg Traurig as a partner in its technology transactions group in San Diego, the firm announced Wednesday.
Jo’s practice focuses on negotiating technology agreements related to product development, manufacturing, and commercialization. He advises clients on cloud computing, semiconductor technologies, and strategies for aerospace, financial services, health care, automotive, and energy, the firm said.
He joins from Perkins Coie.
