Deborah Rotenberg joined Greenberg Traurig as a shareholder in its health care & FDA practice in Sacramento, the firm announced Friday.

Rotenberg advises providers including clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, laboratories, drug manufacturers, and individual practitioners on compliance, licensure, and reimbursement matters. She counsels clients on health care mergers and acquisitions, helping them navigate licensure, enrollment, and transactional issues in California’s health care sector, the firm said.

She joins from Murphy Austin Adams Schoenfeld.
