Richard Ceeney joined Greenberg Traurig as an infrastructure shareholder in London, the firm announced Thursday.
Ceeney is an engineering lawyer who structures legal frameworks for complex global infrastructure and energy projects. He advises government authorities, lenders, sponsors, contractors, and suppliers on large-scale infrastructure projects in the transport, power, renewable energy, and oil and gas sectors, the firm said.
He joins from Reed Smith.
