George Smith joined Greenberg Traurig as a shareholder in its public finance & infrastructure practice in Tallahassee, the firm announced Thursday.
Smith advises on Florida’s municipal financings and governmental entities on unsolicited public-private partnership proposals across the state. He has served as counsel on more than 600 municipal bond transactions, exceeding $36 billion, the firm said.
He joins from George A. Smith PLLC.
