Duncan Hubbard has joined Greenberg Traurig as an international finance shareholder in its London office, the firm said Monday.
Hubbard’s clients include credit, sovereign, and real estate funds, as well as international investors and global financial institutions, according to the firm.
Hubbard, who was joined by of counsel William Lo in the move, has advised in some large UK and international property finance transactions, including the skyscraper developments in London known as the Gherkin and the Shard.
He joins from Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft.
