Greenberg Traurig Grabs Katz as Antitrust Litigation Co-Chair

Bill Katz joined Greenberg Traurig as global co-chair of its antitrust litigation and competition regulation practice in Dallas and Washington, the firm announced Monday.

Katz represents clients before federal and state trial and appellate courts, arbitration panels, and administrative agencies, including the Federal Trade Commission and the Justice Department. He counsels clients on antitrust issues, conducts internal investigations, represents audit committees, and designs and implements compliance and training programs, the firm said.

He joins from Holland & Knight.
