Luke Lado has joined Greenberg Traurig as a shareholder in the banking and finance practice in the London office, the firm said Monday.
Lado, who has previously served at Latham & Watkins and Weil, Gotshal & Manges, represents lenders and borrowers in direct lending transactions, leverage finance transactions, special situation debt financings, restructurings, and crossover credit financings.
His clients include European and US banks, direct lending and special situations funds, and corporate borrowers, according to Greenberg Traurig.
