Greenberg Traurig Gains Energy, Natural Resources Shareholder

Regina A. Pearson has joined Greenberg Traurig as a shareholder with the energy and natural resources practice in Austin, Texas, the firm said Wednesday.

Pearson assists clients on project development with an emphasis on the engineering, construction and operational strategies, and agreements, according to Greenberg Traurig. She also provides counsel on the planning, development, and management of large construction projects as well as advises on renewable and transition energy projects, Greenberg Traurig said.

She served as co-chair of the infrastructure team, co-lead of the energy asset class, and a leader of the energy transactions team at Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath.
