Greenberg Traurig Brings On Yagoda From US Attorney’s Office

Jay Yagoda joined Greenberg Traurig as a shareholder in Miami, the firm announced Wednesday.

Yagoda focuses on appellate matters and litigation support in state and federal courts nationwide. He briefed and argued civil and criminal cases before the US Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and worked with trial teams to preserve issues and strengthen cases for appeal, the firm said.

He previously was an acting deputy chief in the appellate division of the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida.
