Greenberg Traurig Brings on In-House Counsel Kassen and Bromberg

Patrick Kassen and Matthew Bromberg have joined Greenberg Traurig as shareholders in its corporate, investment management, and financial regulatory and compliance practices in New York, the firm said Thursday.

Kassen joins from Blackstone, where he most recently served as general counsel of their portfolio company Link Logistics. He focuses on the private equity and real estate sectors and advises clients on transactions, regulatory compliance, and risk management, according to the firm.
