Greenberg Traurig Bolsters Private Equity Group Via Chicago Hire

Robert Graham joined Greenberg Traurig as a shareholder in its private equity practice in Chicago, the firm announced Monday.

Graham represents private equity firms, independent sponsors, investment and venture capital firms, and privately held companies in complex domestic and cross-border transactions. His work spans leveraged buyouts, growth equity investments, recapitalizations, joint ventures, restructurings, and distressed M&A, the firm said.

He joins from Katten Muchin Rosenman, where he was an associate.
