Paul M. Williams joins Greenberg Traurig as a shareholder in the real estate practice in Los Angeles and Austin, Texas, the firm said Thursday.
Williams will provide counsel to energy companies and utilities in transactions involving traditional resource extraction and renewables work as part of the energy transition, according to the firm.
He joins from Morgan Lewis.
