Mizuho Yamada and Ayako Kawano have joined Greenberg Traurig as real estate shareholders in Tokyo, the firm said Monday.
Yamada and Kawano have experience working on real estate transactional matters and advising on real estate- and corporate-related bankruptcy matters, restructurings, and workouts, according to Greenberg Traurig.
They are joined by Kazuo Kasai as a local partner and Hiroshi Hara as a counsel.
They previously practiced at White & Case, where Yamada led the Japan real estate practice, Greenberg Traurig said.
