Greenberg Traurig Adds Tax and Philanthropy Lawyer Unterseher

Molly Unterseher joined Greenberg Traurig as a shareholder in its tax-exempt organizations and philanthropy practice in Philadelphia and New York, the firm announced Thursday.

Unterseher advises high-net-worth individuals and families, private foundations, public charities, and charitable affiliates of for-profit companies on formation, governance, and operation of philanthropic vehicles. She brings experience counseling clients on complex rules applicable to private foundations, including grantmaking, endowments, self-dealing, excess business holdings, termination taxes, and program-related or mission-related investments, the firm said.

She joins from Nixon Peabody.
