Greenberg Traurig Adds Stephan Rau as Private Equity Shareholder

Stephan Rau joined Greenberg Traurig as a shareholder in its private equity and health-care practices in Germany, the firm announced Monday.

Rau will serve as chair of Greenberg Traurig’s European health-care practice, where he will advise private equity and strategic investors, health-care service providers, pharmaceutical and medical technology companies, as well as governmental entities on private equity investments and mergers and acquisitions transactions, as well as licensing and reimbursement proceedings, the firm said.

He joins from McDermott Will & Emery.
