Greenberg Traurig Adds Shareholder Arhangelsky in Phoenix Office

Peter A. Arhangelsky has joined Greenberg Traurig as a shareholder in the healthcare and FDA practice in Phoenix, the firm said Thursday.

Arhangelsky handles enforcement actions and private litigation on behalf of companies that produce food, beverage, dietary supplements, and over-the-counter drugs, according to Greenberg Traurig.

He also has experience managing claims related to food and dietary supplement advertising under the California False Advertising Law, the Unfair Competition Law , the California Consumer Legal Remedies Act, and the Lanham Act, said the firm.

He joins from Emord & Associates, P.C.
