Nassif BouMalhab joined Greenberg Traurig as a shareholder its international arbitration and litigation practice in the United Arab Emirates, the firm announced Monday.
BouMalhab focuses on complex business disputes in the Middle East, representing clients in international and domestic arbitration and mediation, the firm said. He advises investors on legal dispute resolution between investors and states under investment treaties, including under the arbitration rules of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes.
He joins from Clyde & Co.
