Mohammad Alturk joined Greenberg Traurig as a shareholder in its corporate and franchise and distribution practice in Dallas, the firm announced Thursday.
Alturk’s practice focuses on cross-border commercial matters and complex international transactions. He advises Fortune 100 and Fortune 200 companies on brand growth, franchising, licensing, acquisitions, sales, and financing in the global marketplace, the firm said.
He joins from Baker McKenzie.
