Greenberg Traurig Adds Long Island Land-Use Shareholder Snipas

Erik W. Snipas has joined Greenberg Traurig as a shareholder in the land use practice in Long Island, N.Y., the firm said Tuesday.

Snipas, who joins from Forchelli Deegan Terrana, focuses his practice on land use and zoning matters, municipal benefits and government incentives, environmental, and real estate law, according to Greenberg Traurig.

His clients include real estate investment trusts, public companies, real estate developers, and residential property owners, said the firm.
