John Wehrli joined Greenberg Traurig as a shareholder in its life sciences practice in San Diego, the firm announced Tuesday.
Wehrli’s global life sciences practice focuses on complex cross-border strategic transactions, having worked on deals worth more than $133 billion. He represents neurotechnology, life science artificial intelligence, biotechnology, medical device, and diagnostic companies, as well as pharmaceutical companies in mergers and acquisitions, the firm said.
He joins from Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.
