Louisa Lynch joined Greenberg Traurig as co-chair of its Middle East and European hospitality group in Dubai, the firm announced Tuesday.
Lynch’s practice focuses on complex real estate and hospitality transactions, including acquisitions and disposals of properties, complex built-to-suit development projects, real estate financing, and all aspects of hospitality management. She works with regulatory authorities on drafting and implementing real estate regulations, providing guidance on regeneration projects and cultural development initiatives, the firm said.
She joins from Pinsent Masons, according to her LinkedIn profile.
