Hilary Sledge-Sarnor has joined Greenberg Traurig as a shareholder in its corporate and financial regulatory and compliance practices in Los Angeles, the firm said Monday.
Sledge-Sarnor focuses on financial regulatory, transactional, corporate governance, and compliance matters, advising US and foreign financial institutions and their holding companies, according to Greenberg Traurig.
She joins the firm from MUFG Bank, Ltd. and MUFG Union Bank, N.A., its former wholly-owned subsidiary, Greenberg Traurig said. She has also clerked for The Honorable Denise Page Hood of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
