Myles Culhane joined Greenberg Traurig as a shareholder in its energy transition and carbon capture practices in Sacramento, the firm announced Feb. 10.
Culhane advises on complex energy and environmental projects with a focus on carbon dioxide capture, utilization, and sequestration. His practice encompasses structuring projects to manage long-term liability, secure financing, and withstand regulatory and stakeholder scrutiny, the firm said.
He joins from Occidental Petroleum Corp.
