Lorie Skjerven Gildea has joined Greenberg Traurig as a shareholder with the appeals and legal issues practice in Minneapolis, the firm said Tuesday.
Gildea served as chief justice of the Minnesota Supreme Court, according to Greenberg Traurig.
She also held the roles of associate general counsel at the University of Minnesota, assistant Hennepin County attorney, and litigation associate at ArentFox Schiff, Greenberg Traurig said.
