Robert Rosenthal joined Greenberg Traurig in Albany, New York as a shareholder in its energy and natural resources and environmental practices, the firm announced Wednesday.
Rosenthal’s practice encompasses advising developers and other companies involved in renewable and traditional energy, including electric transmission, power plants, and gas infrastructure projects. He guides clients through regulatory requirements and compliance considerations at the state and federal levels, including permitting, siting, and contract negotiations.
Rosenthal joins from the New York Public Service Commission and Department of Public Service.
