Greenberg Traurig Adds Ex-Air Force Space Law Chief in Denver

Milton “Skip” Smith has joined Greenberg Traurig as a shareholder with the government contracts practice in Denver, Colo., the firm said Monday.

Smith, who joins from Sherman & Howard, will serve as chair of the space and satellite industry group, according to Greenberg Traurig. His practice includes litigation, contracts, regulation, and transactional work related to space law.

He has held the roles of director of space law at Space Command and chief of space law for the Air Force, Greenberg Traurig said.
