Greenberg Traurig Adds Corporate Energy Lawyer to Tokyo Office

Daniel Senger joined Greenberg Traurig as of counsel in its corporate and energy & natural resources practices in Tokyo, the firm announced Thursday.

Senger advises on cross-border project finance transactions and mergers and acquisitions, representing project sponsors, lenders, multilateral development agencies, and export credit agencies. His practice extends across the energy and infrastructure sectors, including renewable energy projects, power generation facilities, batteries and battery storage facilities, and data center infrastructure, the firm said.

He joins from Linklaters.
