Vivek K. Chavan has returned to Greenberg Traurig as a shareholder with the real estate practice in Silicon Valley and San Francisco, the firm said Wednesday.
Chavan, who also practiced at DLA Piper, focuses on complex acquisitions, joint ventures, and financings, according to Greenberg Traurig.
He has experience representing industrial, timber, and biotechnology companies, Greenberg Traurig said.
