Ankush Israni joined Greenberg Traurig as a shareholder in its real estate practice in Los Angeles, the firm announced Tuesday.
Israni represents lenders, investors, developers, and data center companies in large, complex real estate transactions nationwide, the firm said. He advises on financings, joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development matters involving multifamily, office, retail, hotel, and industrial projects, including data centers.
He joins from Jones Day.
